Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and Pulsa777 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the pulsa777 website located at https://pulsa777.cam and all associated gaming, betting, and related services offered therein.

Definitions

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts, subject to applicable wagering requirements.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process mandatory for all Players prior to their first withdrawal and at any point deemed necessary by the Platform.

• "Player" means any natural person who holds a registered Account on pulsa777.

• "Services" means the full suite of gaming, betting, promotional, and support services available through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a Bonus amount (or, where stated, a combined deposit and Bonus amount) before Bonus Funds may be withdrawn as real money.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on pulsa777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. Pulsa777 enforces a strict minimum age of 21, consistent with international online gambling standards applicable to casino and sports betting services. Users aged under 21 are expressly prohibited from registering or using the Platform.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your country of residence.

• You must open and maintain onlyone (1) Account person. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of pulsa777 or any of its affiliated entities.

Account Registration & Verification

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form. This includes, at minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred currency (MYR for Malaysian players).

You agree to promptly update your Account information should any of the provided details change. Pulsa777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Account where information is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify pulsa777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. Pulsa777 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.

Deposits & Payments

Pulsa777 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank bank transfer, CIMB bank transfer, Public Bank transfer, Hong Leong Bank transfer, DuitNow QR/transfer, FPX online banking, and USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency). Accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

All deposits are processed in MYR unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. Pulsa777 is not responsible for any fluctuations in cryptocurrency value between the time of sending and the time of confirmation.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the Cashier screen. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable limits prior to initiating a transaction.
• Deposits are intended solely for the purpose of funding gambling activity on the Platform. Pulsa777 does not accept deposits made on behalf of third parties.
• Pulsa777 does not charge fees for standard deposit transactions. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges, for which pulsa777 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits that cannot be credited due to technical errors will be investigated and resolved within a reasonable timeframe. Players should retain confirmation screenshots of all deposit transactions.

Bonuses & Promotions

Pulsa777 offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback programmes, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion as published on the Platform at the time of the offer, and to the general provisions set out in this Section.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a Player's Bonus Balance and remain subject to applicable wagering requirements. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are satisfied in full.
• Pulsa777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, including where evidence of abuse, exploitation, or system manipulation is identified.
• Players who are found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, opening duplicate accounts, placing matched or arbitrage bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements, or using automated software — will have their Bonus Funds and any resulting winnings forfeited and their Account suspended or terminated.
• VIP Programme cashback and tier bonuses are governed by the VIP Programme Terms published separately on the Platform. Cashback rates and tier thresholds are subject to review and modification.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements") before they may be converted to withdrawable real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.

• Wagering requirements are calculated on the Bonus amount received (or, where stated in specific promotion terms, the combined Deposit and Bonus amount).
• Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager; live casino table games typically contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%); sports bets may contribute at a variable rate depending on odds and market type. Specific contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.
• Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus Funds that remain unconverted at the expiry of the validity period will be voided without compensation.
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with Bonus Funds. The standard maximum bet with active Bonus Funds is MYR 50 per round or per bet, unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit may result in winings being voided.
• Where a Player requests withdrawal of their real-money deposit balance before wagering requirements are met, all associated Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited prior to the withdrawal being processed.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of real-money funds from their Account subject to the following conditions being satisfied:

• The Player has completed full KYC verification as described in Section 4.
• All applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses have been satisfied or the Player has opted to forfeit outstanding Bonus Funds.
• The withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold for the selected payment method.
• The Player's Account is in good standing with no pending investigations, disputes, or security flags.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. Pulsa777 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above applicable thresholds.

Pulsa777 reserves the right to withold or delay withdrawal processing where fraud, money laundering, or terms violation is suspected. In such cases, the Platform will conduct an investigation in accordance with its internal policies and applicable regulatory obligations.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pulsa777 Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while located in a Restricted Territory.
• Accessing the Platform as a person under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping, or any other form of cheating.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or lopholes. Any winings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or systematic arbitrage strategies designed solely to extract bonus value.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illicit financial purpose.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pulsa777 staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pulsa777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and service marks — is the exclusive property of pulsa777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, published, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of pulsa777. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pulsa777 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses resulting from Platform downtime, technical failures, server outages, or connectivity interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including the misuse of bonuses or violations of wagering policies.
• Any tax liabilities, legal consequences, or regulatory penalties arising from your participation in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits pulsa777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. Players in Malaysia should note that they participate in online gambling on the Platform entirely at their own risk and discretion.

Responsible Gambling

Pulsa777 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. Gambling is intended to be an entertainment activity. If gambling is causing financial, emotional, or social harm to you or those close to you, please use the tools available to you on the Platform and seek professional support.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your Account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.

Account Suspension & Termination

Pulsa777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement or any supplementary terms or policies.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or violation of applicable laws.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Discovery that the Player is under21 years of age, or is accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory.
• Chargeback requests submitted without prior notification to support or without valid justification.
• Prolonged Account inactivity (defined as no login activity for 12 or more consecutive months), after which the Platform may apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to dormant balances in accordance with applicable policy.

Where an Account is terminated for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player following satisfactory completion of KYC. Pulsa777 is not obligated to return funds where termination results from the Player's breach of these Terms.

Amendments to These Terms

Pulsa777 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where amendments are material in nature, pulsa777 will endeavour to provide advance notice to Players via their registered email address or via an on-site notification. It remains the Player's responsibility to review the current Terms periodically. The current effective date of this document is displayed at the top of this page.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction which pulsa777 holds its international online gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through pulsa777's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal support channels within a reasonable timeframe, it may be escalated to the relevant independent arbitration body under the Platform's licensing framework. Players in Malaysia are reminded that online gambling disputes may not be adjudicated by Malaysian courts, given the current legal framework.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights to the extent that such rights cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
